Shipping Policy
DiscHub.ca offers a simple, flat‑rate shipping structure to keep costs predictable and affordable.
Flat‑Rate Shipping

All shipped orders are sent using regular mail for a flat rate of $7 per package anywhere in Canada.

Regular mail does not include tracking.

If you require tracking or faster delivery, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout. Express Shipping includes a tracking number and expedited delivery.
Responsibility for Untracked Shipments
Because regular mail does not include tracking, DiscHub.ca cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by Canada Post

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Customers choosing untracked shipping accept these risks.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for an additional $5 reshipment fee.
Local Pickup Policy (Moncton, NB)
Local Pickup is available for customers who prefer to save on shipping and collect their order directly.
How Local Pickup Works

Pickup Notification You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup. This message will include the pickup location and instructions.

Arranging Pickup Pickup times are arranged directly with the customer to ensure convenience and flexibility.

If the Pickup Location Does Not Work If you are unable to meet at the provided pickup location, we can ship your order instead for a flat $5 shipping fee.

Pickup Window Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification unless other arrangements are made. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be automatically shipped to the customer for the $5 flat-rate shipping fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been marked as “Ready for Pickup” or “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled.

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

If an order is already in transit, DiscHub.ca cannot modify or redirect the shipment.
